Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Oil 2 & ½ tbs
-Mustard paste 3 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) freshly chopped 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Beef steak (undercut) 350 gms (2 pieces)
-Oil 2 tbs or as required
Mushroom Sauce:
-Chicken stock ¼ Cup
-Corn flour 2 tsp
-Chicken stock ¾ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 & ½ tsp
-Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Oil 1 tbs
-Gajar (Carrot)
-Pyaz (Onion)
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
-Oil to drizzle
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste

Directions:
-Wash and pat dry steak pieces.
-In bowl,add soy sauce,oil,mustard paste,garlic,black pepper powder,salt and mix well.
-Add steak pieces and mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In frying pan,add oil and place marinated steak piece and cook on low flame until done (5-6 minutes each side).
-Now cut steak pieces into desired shape.
For Mushroom Sauce:
-In bowl,add chicken stock,corn flour and mix well.
-Add remaining chicken stock,black pepper powder,fresh coriander,mix well and set aside.
-In sauce pan,add butter and let it melt,add garlic and mix well.
-Add onion and fry until translucent.
-Add mushrooms,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add prepared chicken stock mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
-Grease grill pan with oil,place vegetables (carrot,onion and capsicum).
-Add oil and season with black pepper crushed,salt and grill.
-Serve steaks with mushroom sauce and grilled vegetables.

-Bowl mein soy sauce,oil,mustard paste,lehsan,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Steak pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil aur marinated steak piece dal dein aur halki ancch per pak janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes each side).
-Ab steak piece ko desired shape mein cut ker lein.
For Mushroom Sauce:
-Bowl mein chicken stock aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Baqi bacha huwa stock dal dein,kali mirch powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Sauce pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Prepared chicken stock mixture dal dein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
-Grill pan ko oil sa grease karein aur sabziyan (gajar,pyaz aur shimla mirch) rakh dein.
-Oil,kali mirch crushed aur namak sa season karein aur grill ker lein.
-Steaks ko mushroom sauce aur grilled vegetables ka saath serve karein.

  1. I tried making beef steaks many times but it always becomes hard. I never cover the pan while frying. Then why is it so?? Reply plz
