HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in your fridge for 4 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, then take out the night before you plan to eat one and thaw in the fridge.
3. Reheat in a covered saute pan mixed all together for a few minutes or eat cold… or put in your Hot Logic!

INGREDIENTS are to make 4 MEALS:
But you can easily double or triple these ingredients to make more!

1/2 yellow onion diced, 100g
bunch of parsley chopped
600g chicken breast, about 2
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree (no sugar added!)
2.5 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg (or allspice, etc)
8 oz pasta

  2. You guys are always so inventive. Cant say I would ever use pumpkin in a chicken and pasta dish but I'm intrigued. Love the meal preps guys. How about a soup recipe as the weather is getting quite nippy up here in Montana.

  3. Hi guys!! So I tried this recipe today but sadly it didn't come out right! My sauce didn't thicken up it was still kinda watery and the 8oz of pasta seemed like not enough so the sauce was way more than the pasta! I measured the pasta out and I added 2 and a half cups of water! It tasted yummy but I had to throw away a lot of the sauce because the chicken and pasta were drowning in it! What did I do wrong? Thanks guys!!

  10. Hi guys. Can you give me some hint for the pumpkin? Do I buy any pumpkin and put it in a blender? An orange pumpkin and cook until it's soft? You can't buy pumpkin puree in Switzerland.
