– SECRET INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE MUFFINS –

Secret Ingredient Vegan Double Chocolate Muffins

– CHUNKY MONKEY OATMEAL BOWLS –
1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup quick cooking/instant oats
1/4 cup quinoa flakes (or more oats)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
1 – 1 1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
Toppings: more sliced banana, sunflower seed butter and Enjoy Life Foods Dark Chocolate Morsels

Add the oats, quinoa, vanilla and water into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened. Stir in banana and sunflower seed butter, then transfer to a bowl and top with more sliced banana, a drizzle of sunflower seed butter and chocolate chips!

  1. Chocolate for breakfast is always a winner! I too like to sneak chocolate chips into my oatmeal when im feeling fancy, it tastes so good.

  3. Yummm!! You should do a video on savory breakfast recipes! I've been vegan for about 2 months and most breakfast recipes are sweet, but I like savory breakfast better! I've been living off potatoes and avocado toast for breakfast, but would love to get more protein!

  4. I literally just made brownies and used their chocolate chips! I love their chocolate, it tastes like regular chocolate. So good
