Mocha Graham Float

Ingredients:

740ml all purpose cream(chilled overnight)
300ml condensed milk(chilled overnight)
225g grahams chocolate(more if needed)
3 tsp instant coffee(more if needed)
10g gelatine clear and unflavored(optional)
1/8 cup hot water for gelatine

toppings (optional):

Chocolate chips
Chocolate syrup

Procedure:

1) In a bowl combine condensed milk and coffee. Mix until well blended. Place it inside the chiller
2) Whip for 5 minutes on high speed
3) Combine gelatine and hot water. Mix until gelatine dissolves
4) Gradually add the coffee-milk mixture
5) Whip for another 3-5 minutes on high speed
6) Add dissolved gelatine and whip for 10-15 seconds
7) Optional: Fold chocolate syrup into the cream mixture
8) Assemble: arrange grahams in a deep container
9) Add mocha cream on top
10)Spread mocha cream evenly
11)Optional:add chocolate syrup
12)Add the seconds layer of grahams
13)Add second layer of cream
14)Add toppings
15)Chill for 4 hours or overnight

  1. Nakakatakam pag taste test na….gagawa ako bukas ng mocha graham my kids at apo ko love Graham…. Thanks chef…clear at easy mga gawa mo.madali pa makita ang ingredients.

  2. anu po dapat gawin pra hnd po sya matunaw agad? at how long po ittagal pag wala sa freezer madam. na try ko ng pong gawin yung cookies ang cream super yummmyyyy at nagbenta po ako 50per plstic container hehehe. kaso lng mabilis matunaw. yummmmy daw po

  3. Paano po ba yang ganyan texture? Yung habang inilalagay sa container ay buo yung cream hindi sya yung lusaw.. Hindi ko po kasi magawa yung ganyan, kahit na chill q overnight ang allpurpose cream..meron po bang kulang sa pagbeat ko?sna mapansin 🙂 Thanks in advance

  4. Ate ask ko lang po yung texture ng cream niyo. foamy po ba siya after i-chill or nung natikman niyo na? Kasi yung akin lumabas foamy na parang icing po. Help naman po. Thanks po in advance 🙂
